This set of slides will explain what cross text connections will look like on the digital SAT (dSAT). The new dSAT has a new look and feel for students. They now have to read a paragraph and have to think through the questions. These particular types of questions focus on comparing the point of view of the authors of the small passage. Students need to be able to read, comprehend and process information faster. For some students this will require practice but first they have to understand the process. The first 4 slides explain the process and how they have to think about the passages. The last slide includes 6 practice questions for your students complete with the answers. Be sure to read the directions at the top of the page so you can delete the answers before you share this with your students.
